1. e Medicine Health - http://www.emedicinehealth.com - Good website for all things concerning injuries. This site is appropriate for all age groups, but it more suited for teenagers and adults. This is an overall good site for obtaining information and treatment options.

 

2. Web MD - http://www.webmd.com - Another good website with lots of medical information about injuries and living a healthy lifestyle. While it is age appropriate for everyone, it is probably best geared towards teenagers and adults.

 

3. Ergonomics.org - http://ergonomics.org/ - This is a good overview about Ergonomics. This site is appropriate for all ages. Ergonomics is an important part of Repetitive Motion Injuries.

 

4. Occupational Safety & Health Administration - https://www.osha.gov - Excellent site pretaining to safety and regulations. While this site is more appropriate for adults, it is full of valuable information relating to Repetitive Motion and Ergonomics.

 

5. Carpal Tunnel Treatment - http://www.mycarpaltunnel.com - Web site that contains lots of information about Carpal Tunnel including diagnosis and treatment options. More geared towards adults, but can be used by everyone to obtain information.

 

6. Healthline - http://www.healthline.com/health/carpal-tunnel-syndrome#Overview1 - Another site that contains much information about Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. More of an adult appropriate website, but can be beneficial to others as well.

 

7. Choose Hand Safety - http://choosehandsafety.org/ - Neat site about hand safety. Lots of good information about prevention and safety devices. Good for all ages.

 

8. Johns Hopkins Medicine - http://www.hopkinsmedicine.org - Good site filled with medical information. Best utilized by adults and teenagers. Information about all types of Repetitive Motion Injuries.

 

9. Injured Shoulder - http://injuredshoulder.com/ - Information about shoulder injuries, including Repetitive Strain Injuries. Good overall site about shoulders and how injuries occur. OK for all ages, but mostly appropriate for adults and possibly teenagers.

OK for all ages, but mostly appropriate for adults and possibly teenagers. Good site to learn about back pain in general.
